Gen 3 DC-Pro YFZ450R/X Nerf Bars
- LSR kept the massive 1.66" OD 6061 aluminum main hoop.
- LSR added a built-in heel guard using 1.31" OD 6061 aluminum tubing to increase foot room.
- Redesigned the net mounts to a simple double loop design with teeth to make installing the nets a breeze.
- The net mounts on the footpeg are a double loop design through a plate that gets bolted to the foot peg and locks the nets in place by tightening of the bolts.
- Redesigned foot pegs that are now made out of stainless steel, so you don't have to powder coat them, and they won't rust. We've increased the foot peg size to 12" long and 2 1/2" wide with a large kick up at the end to keep your feet planted.
- Increased inner diameter size on the tube underneath the foot peg for more strength.
- Additional gusseting behind the foot pegs to keep from bending/breaking when hit.
- Completely redesigned front mount to increase simplicity and save weight.
