KB Motorsports Terms and Conditions are as follows:
* These terms govern all our sales, and may not be changed except with our written consent. Failure to return goods within 30 days of invoice date shall constitute acceptance by you of these terms, notwithstanding contrary terms in any purchase order submitted to us.
* We shall use our best efforts to obtain from each manufacturer, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty the repair or replacement of goods that may prove defective in material or workmanship. The foregoing constitutes the exclusive remedy of the buyer and our sole obligation. Except as to title THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, RELATING TO THE GOODS SOLD TO BUYER BY US AND NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.
* The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages.
* We shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any labor charges without our prior written consent. We shall not in any event be liable, whether as a result of breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or other grounds, for special, consequential, incidental, or penal damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, or claims of customers of the buyer of such damages.
- If there is a special order, we must bill your credit card at the time of purchase.
- All orders are shipped to the billing address. No exceptions.
- In stock orders typically, but are not guaranteed to, ship same day if order is place before 3:00PM Eastern time.
- All ground orders do not have a guaranteed transit time (3-7 business days is common).
- All orders are shipped the most economical way unless otherwise stated.
- Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs in the checkout notes, and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select up until 3PM Eastern time. Please note the number of packages delivered may be different than the number of parts you ordered, as sometimes they will be separated by the carrier.
- As to goods delivered by our truck, title passes upon delivery at the place buyer receives possession. Thereafter, all risk of loss or damages shall be on buyer. We assume no responsibility beyond delivery to carrier in good order and are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay occurring thereafter. We will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and weight of your order unless given
- Shipping varies upon your order, but is typically covered by a $10.00 flat fee to the lower 48 states. Examples of exceptions include, but are not limited to: rush shipments, tires, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, shipments to countries other than the USA.
- We cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without notice and to bill at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. Always check invoice for cost.
- We accept Visa, American Express, Discover , Mastercard, PayPal
- All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original unless noted otherwise.
- KY Residents will pay a 6% state sales tax.
- 15% Restocking on most return items. All items are subject to approval before any refund is administered. Items not first approved by KB *Motorsports will be kept for 30 days if unapproved. The customer is responsible for return shipment if product was denied return. After 30 days of no return shipment, the transaction is completed and no return or product will be given back. To prevent losing the part and your money, NEVER return a part without prior written approval from a KB Motorsports representative. Exceptions to the restocking fee are made with prior approval. - 15% Cancellation fee applicable to all cancelled orders.Please see return policy for more information.
- Special ordered items can not be returned. (Shocks, Custom Length A-Arms, and Swing-Arms, etc). Please see return policy for more information.
- Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made directly to the carrier (USPS, FexEx, UPS, DHL). All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Claims must be made with the carrier, not with KB Motorsports. We will furnish any information we have to help you establish a claim with the shipping provider.
- No returns on electrical products. Exceptions are only made for parts that do not function properly from the box and were installed by a professional. These cases are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Before the product is returned, approval must be made by a KB Motorsports representative and by a representative of the manufacturer. No guarantees.
- If legal action is used to collect a past due account, we shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
- All credit card transactions are subject to verification by the given billing address. If the billing address given does not match what your credit card company has on file you will be contacted by us either by email or by phone. We are not responsible for lost time in the ordering process due to non-verifying credit card information.
- Due to yearly changes in pricing, all pricing listed on the site are subject to change without notice
Warranties and Guarantees:
KB Motorsports does not offer any guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied on products. Manufacturers offer warranties on their own products and they do not allow KB Motorsports representatives to make any decision on whether a product will be replaced or repaired. Cash refunds are never allowed. Please follow the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturers require warranty returns to be accompanied by written information regarding length of time uses, cause of failure, and any other information you provide will be helpful.
