The new YFZ450R GNCC-style airbox from FCI improves the seal, keeps debris away from the filter, and houses the relay, and battery using factory hardware.

I highly recommend buying a FCI for your quad.. The install is not that bad like I read in other peoples reviews. After installing the FCI and a lexx fuel controller on my KFX450R it came to LIFE!!

So spend the money and invest in a FCI! You won't regret it

Obviously one of if not the best air intake systems on the market. Especially for the kfx450. Almost a10 horse gain from what I hear and it definately feels like it! Bolted right on for me.filters are never easy with the k&n style filter.

Installed on 08 KFX450. Instant HP, night and day over stock. Installation however wasn't great. Had to sand the end of the tube to get in the boot and stay. None of the 4 bolt holes on top lined up with holes in frame. Filter is a nightmare to get on, but was solved with newer FCI shorter filter.

This is one of the first bolt on mods that I have done to an ATV (I have owned several) and actually could tell instantly the power difference. This is the best intake on the market! You will not be disappointed.

The Fuel Customs Intake for my 2007 Yamaha YFZ 450 works great! The customer service from KB Motorsports was outstanding as well. This was definitely a worthwhile investment. I was slightly disappointed to find that the FCI will not work in conjunction with an AXIS dual rate rear shock, as it will not clear the top spring for installation. After speaking to Garrett, owner of FCI, he suggested modifying it with a heat gun, but this would close off the intake by almost 1/2", which I did not feel comfortable doing. If you have a stock rear suspension, it is a bolt on item.

This is an incredible performance increase over the stock air intake on the Kawasaki KFX450R. The factory setup is so ridiculously restrictive. Installation was straight forward, but a little difficult. My only complaint about this kit is that the filter is not very easy to remove and re-install for cleaning it. The amazing performance increase over stock and the great throaty sound it makes are well worth it.

Used on a 09 kfx450 after seeing the old intake isntalling this one was like installing a big bore kit deffinately makes a big difference

Fittment was tight, but it rips!!!! Extremely impressed with the crisp throttle response!!!
